WHAT IS RISE?

RISE is a daily liquid food supplement formulated with 65 mg of iron, alongside vitamins C, D3, E, B6 and B12. The liquid iron provides the body with the iron it needs to produce haemoglobin and healthy red blood cells, transport oxygen around the body, support normal energy production and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C helps increase iron absorption, while vitamins D3, E, B6 and B12 provide additional support for normal immune function, energy metabolism and overall wellbeing.

HOW DO I TAKE RISE?

Shake well before use. Take one full 1 mL pipette daily, either directly or mixed into your coffee, water or drink of choice.
CAN I TAKE RISE DURING PREGNANCY?

Iron supplements, including ferrous sulfate, can be safely taken during pregnancy and are commonly recommended when iron levels are low. As Rise contains 65 mg of iron per serving, we recommend checking with your midwife, GP or pharmacist before taking it during pregnancy to make sure the dosage is appropriate for you.
